I have created a shop at spreadshirt.com that allows me to add any design I would like to a variety of products such shirts, sweatshirts, blankets, and the like.  They are relatively cheap, and the image print is high-quality.  I like spreadshirt.com for their wide selection of colors and styles, and everything is completely customizable.  They often have sales, so check back and see what the newest coupon code is and save yourself some money!
